Which of your classes is best suited for me?

You are welcome to each and every one!
My classes are open for all levels as I teach the practice with adjustment to different levels.

Can I book a private class?

Practicing Yoga will help you become more flexible and stronger than ever. I love it when a student start practicing thinking they’re not flexible and a short time later they reach their toes.

I have some injuries so I can't practice

Congrats! First, you're welcome to all classes. I give adjustments during practice, so just make sure you fill that up in the file before registration. Second, there is a Prenatal class once a week specially designed for pregnant ladies.

You can and you should! Movement is super important to our body - muscles, tissues, bones, you name it. Not practicing at all will cause more trouble. Make sure you let me know about your injuries and we'll work together slowly to improve your feeling.

Only women do Yoga

Well, Yoga was actually made for boys and all the great teachers who brought it to the west are men. They are strong AND flexible. Women are more flexible (body and mind) so they are more open to try Yoga, but it does not mean men shouldn’t or can't do it, and they benefit from practicing same as women.
